Being with the right people and doing what I like, taking care of my health, discovering new things, traveling, meeting people, and learning new things are all essential components of my enjoyable life.

Drink plenty of water daily. Aim for about 8 glasses of water, but ensure you are engaging in activities that require physical effort. Exercise regularly. Activities such as walking, yoga, or any form of physical activity that is sustainable for you can greatly enhance your well-being. Choose an affordable health insurance plan to ensure you can receive the necessary medical care when needed. Socialize with people but choose them wisely. Surround yourself with supportive and enriching individuals who understand and appreciate your interests. Get to know younger people, possibly through work as caregivers or other community roles. This can provide a fresh perspective and a source of continuous learning and inspiration. If you are comfortable, consider getting a decent roommate.
